Please help me.
Som days ago my tablet boots but it locks in the lock screen (the one with the sliding lock). And i can't do anything to unlock it. it's weird because the icon seems gray not yellow as usual. Also the spinning-thing that used to appear after the android robot doesn't show up anymore.
I don't know if its a hardware or a software problem and i can't make a factory reset because i can't get to the configuration (because the whole tablet is locked).
Maybe a hard reset would work, but i don't know how to hard reset in such a device. What can i do?. Please help.
