How to Install International Android Firmware on Galaxy Tab 3

my dad recently got me a galaxy tab 3 10.1 from china but it came with the chinese android firmware, with many preinstalled apps that i dont use, and i dont have youtube or google play, is there a way to uninstall the chinese verison firmware and install the international version?

Since it is samsung, grab a copy of ODIN on a PC, then the latest firmware you want to load and update the firmware.

I've never used ODIN myself, but I think it's pretty self explanatory.
