How to Let 'Fastboot' Detect Devices in Huawei Tablet PC

I want to factory reset / hard reset my table pc huawei mediapad 10 fhd s10-101w
Because my table pc's touch doesn't work at all. So, I can't enter password pattern.
All I can do is to enter fastboot mode (volume + / PWR) or Recovery mode (volume - / PWR)
But when I enter Recovery mode (I don't know this is real recovery mode.
It's too different with my real phone(galaxy series)) It shows me sdcard upgrade failed! please ...
- I pushed sdcard (include firmware 4.1 or 4.0 files - official)

So, I give up, to hard reset in recovery mode( Update mode - Is different?)
I installed driver. so in computer manager, there is device named Android phone - Android Single ADB Interface.
but, when fastboot mode,

fastboot device command show nothing.
also,
C:\Fastboot>adb reboot bootloader
adb server is out of date. killing...
ADB server didn't ACK
* failed to start daemon *
error:

there is trouble with adb too.

C:\Fastboot>adb devices
adb server is out of date. killing...
* daemon started successfully *
List of devices attached

There is nothing too...
I can't find solution in google... Need help.. please~~;;; ㅠㅠ.. >,<;;
