I just downloaded the read it later ad on for dolphin HD. I thought it was something that I could save a web page to read later off line. How do I use it?

I may be wrong, but Read It Later (RIL) is an app and web service (very good one, BTW, I use the free service almost since it came out for iOS), so the Dolphin add on probably just sends the URL to RIL so you can use their website or app to read it later (of course 
). You can download and install the app on yor tablet so it will make a cache (you can schedule automatic sync) so you can use it even when offline:
