How to transfer files within internal SD for FT3 16GB

Hi, i'm a new owner for FT3 16GB.
i understand the internal SD is partition to 4/12GB (so that market can work).
When i download apps, it goes auto to the internal 4GB. How do i transfer it to the "SD" of 12GB?
Can anyone help please??

Thanks spider i downloaded that. Still problem... when i open the app, it show all the apps that is "on phone" and movable. but there is no tab to execute the moving? if i click on any of the "movable" app, only the "uninstall" tab is lighted, the "move to SD card" tab is not lighted. so it means it cannot be moved?
i don't want to be mis-understood, i mean i want to move the app to my internal free space, not the TF card storage.

Sorry, misunderstood what you were trying to do. ES File Explorer should work for what you want to do. However, that might not be a good thing. The system looks for certain things in certain places and, if you go moving things around, things might get ugly. In a battle between you and Android, Android will generally win. A CWR and a Titanium backup would make me more comfortable about doing this.
