How To Transfer Videos to Tab

I am wondering how do I transfer videos to this device I tried windows explorer copy but it just crashes windows explorer in both usb modes. I tried windows media player but that gives me an error. I downloaded kies but all it does is say connecting and never does anything. So how do I transfer videos to this thing or can I even transfer videos to it without having to buy a 3rd party program.

This thing is getting more and more on my nerves I may end up returning it if I can't find solutions to these inexcusable issues I have with this that cheaper tablets do not have.

that works nicely and not too much slower than actually using a usb connection

Nice I may have to try this out too I used to use box but this is one way.
