How To Turn On Asus Sync?

My PC is Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. I have a TF101 running Android 3.2.

I installed Asus Sync on my PC. When I run it, a window pops up saying "No Device Found". See attachment. (I've copied my .MP3 music to the external SD card, and they play fine with the "Music" icon.)

When I go to Settings --> Accounts & Sync it says Asus Sync is off.

How can I turn it on?

Thanks in advance for any help!

Page 49 of the manual. Plug it in, then hit the icon at the bottom of the transformer. It should load the USB MTP driver etc and then load the sync screen.

Thanks! Worked like a charm.

Which user manual are you referring to? I have "EEE Pad User Manual", but it's only 36 pages.

Having the same problem with my Asus MeMo ME301T. BUT I don't get a notification on my tablet to sync.

Does your PC recognize the MeMo? There have been situations where people just couldn't get it to work. It has usually been because of a problem with the computer that may be impossible to diagnose. There are other ways to sync and/or transfer files back and forth. Check the link in my sig for more info.
