how to upgrade current 3.2 to 4.0

Hi There,
I have samung tab 10.1 GT-P7500 3G. Checked latest updates, and just i can see 3.2 is available. So any one can help guiding how to upgrade my 3g 10.1 from android 3.2 to android 4.0ICS. I am attaching a screenshot of my current tab os and build info.

Just to add, mine is 3G international version.
