How to use google talk ( video) on the lg optimus pad/lg g-slate

Hi everyone

installed google talk, works great for texting my sister in england, but how do i use the video and audio chat ?

All the websites say that there should be an icon for video and audio, but i see no such thing

help!

I just used it last night with my daughter, there was a little green video camera icon next to her name.
