How can i connect my android device as webcam to my PC for video capture ...?? Please Help...

My device:
Iberry Auxus AX01
Android ICS 4.0.3

Thanks for ur reply.. but I want a method to connect my tab as webcam through USB... I don't have wi fi connection here.....
