How to Watch Live TV/Games on Tablet

I have "ainol novo 7 elf" tablet with android 4.0! I have adobe flash player 11, ES media player, MX Video player. I know a lot of websites for live streaming for free, i use dolphin browser, but can't watch football games or any live tv I don't know why? Can you help me? Same problems with PDF files - i download and install adobe reader and pdf viewer and can't open pdf files... thank you

A lot of streaming media cannot be viewed because it is "not optimised for mobile devices", could be a reason.

You can get a modified version of flash to allow sites like hulu and so on to work on the tablet, just look around!
