I am looking for a tablet with the following specs, does it exist?

There are tons of tablets out there. Has anyone seen one with these specs? I am not to worried about screen size, 7, 8 or 10 would be ok.

2.2 (for flash)
Atleast 800Mhz (or overclocking support with apps)
512MB Memory (I might settle for 256MB if everything else is in line)
Market Access (official or hacked)
WIFI (atleast G, N would be nice)
Capacitive Screen w/multitouch
Accelerometer
3D Support
camera/webcam
External storage (I think all the android tablets have sd support)
Under $200 (I am firm on my price range)

I am willing to forgo GPS/Compass, 3G, etc but if it has it then great!

Yes $371 is far above my range, and it also looks to be a resistive (7') screen or so it seems. Some parts of the description say Capacitive others say resistive. Bad marketing. So I am still hunting.

You won't find a tablet with those specs under 200$. There are a few tabllets at about250$ that have close specs...you can find a small comparison at the link in my signature.
