I am new to android tablet Help ??

I have just received my android cyclone 7" 8gb tablet, I thought I was a bit OK with using a PC, but this tablet is another thing, it works great but when I connected it it my PC running windows 7 it said that it needed a driver but could not find one, I also tried a laptop with windows vista same thing, the user manual is no help, has anyone had the same thing
