I got a new Google Android OS 2.2 Kernel 2.6.32 but only loading

I have an Google ANdroid OS 2.2 kernel 2.6.32 touch screen. It can only start loading but unable to start. Please help...

I guess is not easy to restart the China made android tablet OS 2.2 kernel 2.6.32 touch screen. So far there is not android OS that be download to help to restart...
