I need help with my tablet 10.2" Android 2.2

I have a model 10.2" Infotmic MID Tablet PC CPU ARM processor
And I can not restart it, it appears a message:
"Kernel Panic"
I've done the recovery operation system at startup and problem persists.
What can I do?
Where can I find a rom firmware installation or recovery?
The tablet is already stopped two weeks!

I think the first thing is to find out exactly what sort of tablet you have - the description you have given seems rather inconsistent, since the FR-809 (aka FS-805T) is an 8" unit and isn't made by InfoTMIC. They do make a 10.2" inch unit, but it's not Freescale iMX515 based (it's based on their own CPU instead - as is their 8" tablet).

Does it look like the unit in this thread? This is the 10.2" InfoTMIC model (sold under various names).

from your picture, i can see its a Superpad 2 (Flytouch 3) if it has only one tf card slot.

Okay, I did the reset, but not changed, the same problem> "Kernel Panic!"
I need to know where can I download the rom upgrade.zip or firmware of this model!
