I have tablet pc android 2.1 but I do not know where now moved to require the user or Password that I know .. where found this user or how to do restart .. nothing I can not be opened

There should be a factory reset button, usually, a very small hole, somewhere on the tablet.
Pressing & holding this for a set time will reset the machine.
