Acer has customized features such as the menu wheel, which yo ucan stick apps on for fast access without need to unlock the tablet.
More camera features, more video editing features, more stable network features. ICS will also close the gap between tabs and phones.

The differences are quite numerous. If you want to see some of the differences visit the A500 sub forum. You'll see thread upon thread discussing problems and some advantages. Check them out because much of what is discussed affects the A200 as well.
