Ideapad K1-which apps do I delete to increase speed?

On MobileTechReview Lenovo IdeaPad K1 Review - Android Tablet Reviews by MobileTechReview Lisa Gade states that some of the crapware that the K1 comes with can slow down the tablet and can be removed. But which ones should I uninstall to help increase speed and make more stable? Any of you experts know?

Take a look at the honeycomb subforum, i did the same question to someone that just buy a k1,

BTW: i read on engadget that "social touch " was one of those tweaked or created bylenovo apps. I already delet it and nothing seems to change. But at leasyou can take out that wird app that i my opinin i quite bad.
