I'm having issues with Terminal Emulator?

When I open Terminal Emulator it says:
export PATH=/data/local/bin:/$PATH
Localhost / $ PATH=/data/local/bin:/$PATH

Then I type in su and I get this:
su: uid 100041 not allowed to su?

I'm using Watery Kyros ROM.
Can someone help me please?

I had this problem once and I think I re-rooted to fix it. May also have to re-install terminal and assign super user permission again.

Yeah, just run z4root again.

Thanks guys! I will re-root it again. Hope it works this time.

Update: I re-rooted my Tablet from scratch and still get the same thing? I flash Watery Kyros 1.2 ROM and terminal emulator does not want to work? The weird part is when I just rooted it and put terminal emulator it works fine. (without no ROMs)
