Im very confused

So hello im new and angry because of a dodgy ebay seller.

I have purchased flytouch for first time of ebay and noticed that some videos just dont play, some do, wifi has problems as it connects and disconnects or somtimes gets stuck on obtaining ip address, If im lucky it connects, i noticed tho it only connects at my house, if i go to my friends hows it gets stuck on obtaining ip address, same thing at my uncles etc.

What i really wanna know besides the "is there a fix to above"..

isssss... how do i know if this pad is real or fake? when i go to about its says model P041 are those the real ones or fake?

if you have disco10 you might want to upgrade to "tim6a" frimware which will impress you !
