Impression 7 Android tablet, widgets are piled on top of each other. HELP!!!

I have just bought a Impression 7 android tablet and on the home screen I have widgets on top of one another and I can't figure out how to move or delete them. Please help this is really irritating!! Plus this thing is new and I need some cool stuff to download, Hook me up peeps

A long press on a widget should allow you to either move it or drag it to a trash can and delete it.
