In need of a solution

Good evening everyone. I have been tinkering with the Android tablet for about a year now. Although I have learned alot since then, I am still an amature and I'm still learning. There are a couple web sites I use a computer regularly to retrieve documents. One uses Acrobat Reader and the other uses Java and PDF. I can not get documents to load on any Android tablet I have tried. Including the Samsung Galaxy, WM8650, ZT-180 and ZT-280.

I have been trying to find a fix or an app to allow documents to open on the Android devices. Thanks
