We have an Android tablet treat for you guys this morning. It looks like some "in the wild" pics have been leaked for the new Samsung Galaxy Note 8 tablet. Also, along with these leaked pics we have a full breakdown of specs. We have included the two best pics of the bunch, and as you can see they were obviously taken by Mr. Blurrycam.
Here's a full spec-list:
- 8-inch display with 1280 x 800 resolution
- 1.6GHz quad-core processor
- 2GB of RAM
- 16/32GB storage
- 5-megapixel camera
- 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera
- microSD support
- Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n
- A-GPS
- 3G support
- Bluetooth 4.0
- USB 2.0
- 4600mAh battery
- Weight: 330g
- Size: 211.3×136.3×7.95 mm
- Android 4.2 Jelly Bean
- S Pen support and apps
As you can see, the new tablet does indeed use the same design aesthetics of the Galaxy Note series phones. With these specs, and this size (and the rumored price-point from yesterday), it definitely looks like this tab could be a strong competitor to the iPad mini. Luckily, all signs point to an MWC unveiling for this device, so we should know all the details for sure in just a few weeks. There are a couple more pics at the source link below.
