In your opninion, whats the best Android Tablet right now?

I am a computer technician that performs service calls to my customers small businesses and homes and currently use a Samsung Moment to track hours of work, order parts, send invoices/bills and even accept payment via credit card. To do this I have bought many apps, so good and some not so good... I am definately ready to buy a tablet but would rather not have an IPAD since I would have to rebuy all the apps!

So in your opinion what would be the best Android Tablet for my specific use?

7 inch one with 3G. hardware is better and it has official android market.
