Infotec wow pad

Hi I have an infotec wow pad which somehow my friend after borrowing it has deleted the operating system i think ,i tried hard reset but it said something missing so want to either update from sd card or usb but dont exactly know the operating system that was on it except its a 10.2 screen powered by wow pad hopefully there is somewhere i can download some operating files thanks for any help offered

currently downloading from softonic windows android 4.0.3 hopefully can put this on sd card and run it through the recovery hard reset screen as its stuck in boot loop and cannot seem to find operating system or cache ..says it doesnt exist
