Irulu 7" stuck on eXperia x1 screen

pls help i tried to turn my device on but t turns on and is on the screen eXperia x1 then nothing happens.I tried holdimg power button and vol up button to go to recovery but doesnt go to recovery pls help i dont know how to fix it thanks
