I have and Irulu ak307. I can successfully download 2 apps from google play, then i get an error message saying error retrieving info from server. Now I cannot download any more apps. PLEASE HELP!!!! This is a birthday gift for my husband on monday and i only have 1 day to fix this!!!
I have factory reset it twice and the same thing happens every time!!! I can only get 2 apps...

How did you do the reset? Look under settings for factory reset. or reboot into recovery mode and wipe data.

If you did that already, try different apps.

I own this tablet. Firstly, Google hasn't certified it. This means you either have to root it and spoof it, or just download alternative markets, such as Amazons, and 1mobilemarket. basically they have all of the same apps.
