Is the "androidtablets.net Android App" hosted anywhere aside from Android Market?

I get the occasional popup suggesting I download this, but my tablet doesn't have access to the Android Market. Is it hosted anywhere else?

i use it all the time like if you look at some of my posts it says using android tablets forum app from droid, ally, incredible and i even have it on my tablets to that way i can be here for you guys and learning new stuff from you guys no matter where i am
