It keeps shutting down? Help Please.

Hi, Earlier it worked fine, then tonight, it will turn on,go to the main page and then reset and shuts down.Is there a way to rest the battery or remove it and start over? The touch screen only works for one touch and it goes back to the "android" black screen, like its hibernating. It won't let me do anything. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
Also, is there a way to hook it up to my laptop and reset it that way? It wont stay on long enough for me to do it on the tablet.

I have no clue where to find that...I bought it off of craigslist and it didnt come with a manual

Amazon has many free apps,just downloaded Craigslist mobile from them for free and works perfectly! But Angry Birds Rio get hung up when you pick 1st level to play!
