Keeps Rebooting

I have bought a Andriod based IPAD M003. It has folowing details
Andriod Version 1.6
Kernal Version 2.6.29
WMT SDK Version 1.7.4

The problem is, after it shows the desktop, it keeps rebooting over and over...

What should I do to overcome the problem?

Connect the unit to power source and USB source that has power like PC. You need to get into Settings then under SD setting there should be a reset to factory defaults. Your unit might have a reset pin where the port connections are or it may not.
