Kernel 4.1 or 4.2 for A13 Devices

I recently got my hands on Freelander PD60 tablet.
The specs are:
A13 allwinner CPU, Mali400 GPU, 512mb of RAM, 8 gig NAND Flash, 9.4 inch
I am trying to build a rom of 4.1 for it.
A. Does android 4.1 or 4.2 run on it the same as ICS?
B.What kernel should I use and wher could I find it?
B. Any other subject you think is relevent and I should know about it.
