1. How do I copy & paste?
2. Where is the Tab key to move from field to field in a form? A few forms trigger a "Next" key to appear on the keyboard, but most don't.
3. How can I use the Alt & Ctrl keys? Where are they hidden?

I find a physical usb keyboard and case the best and easiest to operate, plus they are extremely cheap. However you can do a search on the app market for many different virtual K/Bs.
