Greetings all.

I'm a noob to this forum and to the world of tablets. Yesterday my family bought me a Kyros 7127.
I was and still am excited to finally have a tablet. However, I was disappointed to discover that it wasn't compatible with Android Market. After finding this forum and this thread by RichS http://www.androidtablets.net/forum/coby-tablets/27293-finally-got-my-7127-a-2.html, I was able to get the Market without rooting my system.

(lol @ the long intro.)

Now, I am wondering if it's possible to install Honeycomb (android 3.0) on this tablet? Have any of you attempted it?

Have anyone installed it yet? I think it's fake... Why would one do it and then require registration in an online board in order to get the files? Also, the chance that files from a Xoom would run on a 7015 are minimal AFAIK...

I didn't even try it yet due to the fact I haven't even picked up my 7127 yet...that's very disappointing to hear the chance that it might be fake.
