Kyros MID7022 Need Help

I bought a Kyros MID7022 tablet. I installed the market, following the method on this forum. As some others in the forum, I lost the HOME button and the lock on the opening window. Can I regain them without a factory reset?
I see an application name Calendar in the apps window, I downloaded the Quick-sync-settings app. but I can not find the way to sync my google calendar with the app. on the tablet.
I do not see any Contacts app. on the apps window. Is it normal, do I have to download one and if so which is the simple best one?
I would like to be able to access a phone book of my contacts and a calendar without being on line.
