Latest Version of Android

I'm currently using Android Version 4.04

I want to install a USB Internet Dongle, but this version of Android doesn't have Mobile Networks available in the Wireless and Networks Settings, so I can't install it and I've read that there were two versions of 4.04, one with Mobile Network support and one without, guess I've got the one without.


Is there a later version of Android 4 for the GT-P7510 with Mobile Network support and where can can I get it from
