Le Pan TC-970 stucked

Hi everybody. I'm new here, and i really need help about my le pan tc-970. Last night i let my son play with my tablet and after that i turn off the tablet, but this morning when i turn it on it's stucked on loading and can't even turn it off. I tried to reset it a lot of times but it's still the same. Please anyone can help me? Appreciate if someone can help me. Thanks.
