Leather folio for the 7022

I went to Best Buy today in search of a protective case for my new 7022 and I found one that fits perfectly. It is a leather folio by Rockfish and it was designed for the HTC Flyer. The 7022 fits just right and the look and feel of the case is high quality. Best of all, it was cheap. I bought it for $14.99.

With this case, some of the side ports and top controls are covered such as the HDMI port, home and menu rocker, headphone jack and the power button. You can cut out the side and top to expose them if you wish.

All in all, I am happy with the purchase. I have attached a pic for your reference.

Does this completely muffle the speaker?

Yes, this muffles the speaker on the back and further degrades the already lackluster volume output. You can cut a hole on the back if you want to expose the speaker but there is padding there you have to cut through.

Thanks for the heads up! I checked the 7022, and so far no stains and it does not look like it will stain. Maybe the shell material on the HTC is different but I will definitely keep an eye out for stains.

Yeah, the gray color on the tab may hide any stains, unlike the white HTC flyer, good luck, nice find.

The stock case for the mid7015 fits the 7022 perfectly, its not leather but it has a cut for the speaker that matches perfectly and doesn't cover any ports or buttons. You can also use the strap to make a stand out of the case.
