Lenovo tablet apps not responding problem

Can anyone help me with this problem please? I have been given a Lenovo 9" ideatab A2109A.
It was factory reset before I was given it. I have started to add different apps but when I try to open anything it says this app is not responding do I want to cancel it or wait, If I click on wait they sometimes open but it seems to be getting worse.What do I do to solve my problem? i think you should go to setting and uninstall these apps to avoid being worse. i have recommend downoad apk filesto install apps indirectly. why don't you try this way?
