How can i start up my lg g pad f 8.0 without my drained out battery i need to take urgent info out

Can it be started up straight through the charger directly to the tablet ?

My lg g pad f 8.0 tablet battery is drained out and i already ordered a new battery but meanwhile i cant be without a battery for so long because i urgently need to take private information out of the tablet, what can i do to start the tablet up without the battery? I need help urgently
