Lines Across Screen

hello i just turned on my tab this morning and i have this on my screen View attachment 11706
all was fine yesterday i didn't dropped or nothing screen is fine but i have
them stupid lines on the background of my tab wich make it unusable
its a cnm touchpad 7 anyone have an idea about this ?

i'm really pissed off i regret buying this nasty crap

Hardware failure. Either the ribbon cable failed, the connector failed, or the LCD itself failed. In any case, you likely won't get this fixed in software and will need to replace the LCD.
