Listing of Running Apps

I had an Android 4.2 that had 3 buttons (on screen) that were Back, Home, Running Apps.

This would allow me to run 2 or 3 apps at a time and easily switch between them, it would always take me back to where I was within that app.


I now have a new (used) Vizio with Android os 3.2 (I dropped the other one, it's toast). How do I do the above? How do I flip between running apps, or can I with that o.s? I only have 2 buttons now, for back and home.

Do you know of an app for it? I wouldn't even know how to search for it.

Android System Info can display all the tasks(apps) that are "running". If you tap on one, you're given the choice of switching to it or ending it.
