Locked out and no password.

I bought a Pro Book 7 inch android tablet in Turkey 10 months ago and got a member of staff to set in up in English in shop, today I find myself locked out and it wants a password that I dont have! I cannot gain access to anything except restart and airplane mode, am I locked out for good? ps Shop I used is 2 hour drive from my home.

Any advice would be good.
