Locked Out

All of a sudden, I have a woman's voice when using my tablet, can't find out how that happened.
When I needed to log in again, she says double tap on the area in a box, bottom where you swipe.
I do this and swipe, I can't get in and she just starts reading the day time, etc.

How can I get back in? I would love to just set this back to factory reset, I know I'll lose data, at this point don't care.

Please, what can I do?

Hi, I've done the factory reset and now my tablet won't load. It gets to the at&t screen and the sound plays then nothing.
I'm worried I've lost my operating system.

If you got it from AT&T maybe you should take it to one of their stores to see if someone there has an idea what's going on.
