My son has just bought an epad he managed to lock his password and now its on a page with user name and password on it but dont know how to get passed it as we havent set anything up on it. it did show a email address to start with but we dont know whos it is. would be greatful of any help as im not very good with these things and he only got it on friday so a very sad little boy.
