Logging Out of Google Play

How do I log out of Google Play so my kid cannot keep navigating from apps to their paid extensions in the Play Store? I cannot find a log out anywhere, and my Google account is active when the device is in use. Cheers

Hi martinescrook, congratulations on your Acer tablet and welcome to the forum. Nice of you to become a member of Android Tablets. If you're logged in at Google Play, at the end of the top line on the page, there should be an icon you can click on. A drop down menu should then appear with the option to "Sign Out".
