looking for a 12 to 14 inch android tablet with honeycomb

Hi,
Glad to have joined android forum.
I recently got Advent Vega tablet.
I am so pleased with it.
If any one knows please answer.
1. My eyesight is poor, myopia. I am looking for a 12-14 inch android 3 tablet. does any one know of any such thing?
2. Like ubuntu is android going to be an OS one can install oneself on tablets etc?
3. About PDF Reader
I like to read pdf files with Adobe reader for android. Trouble is it does not remember the last page I read. Is there anyway to make it do it. Cause I can do it on my PC?
4. Finally does any one know a good speed reading program for android.

1. there is no 12-14 android tablet , 10 inch is biggest screen ,some notebook support android os and windows dual os
