looking for a decent app drawer organizer - folders?

OK, so I have been looking for an app drawer replacement or organizer that doesn't take over my launcher...

is there such a thing? one thing I really miss from my Blackberry was the ability to create folders in my app list that I could sequester off the rarely used items, systems items, games, etc...

Can anyone recommend anything?

Well I have an idea...

Use an empty screen in your launcher of choice (I have tried it with launcherpro and zeam) and create a set of folders. Name your folders whatever you want and place the shortcuts in their corresponding folders.

Then instead of going to the app drawer, you just swipe to the empty page in your home launcher and select the folder/app you wanted

It's just an idea.
