Looking for Adult Content Filter Advice for Kids using MID7016

Hello forum members!


My kids age 10 and 12 recently both received a new Coby Kyros MID7016 internet tablet for Christmas (Thanks Grandma, LOL) I have been looking for 2 days now for some type of internet filter. We use K9 Security for their Laptop computer here @ home but I can find nothing like that for this particular device. All the filters I have found on the internet are for phone devices, not the Coby Kyros. I have found an app called "Bloqer" but it is very time consuming as you must manually enter in the website URL and search phrases one at a time. I even called Coby Electronics Customer support only to be told "We are working on an app for that, it is coming soon". Does anyone have any ideas what to do in the meantime?

Unfortunately you cannot download from market.android.com to a Coby Kyros because the device is not supported...

Tried your new link and it just hangs @ "Starting Download" with the task circle swirling. I will leave it there for an hour to see if maybe their server is busy etc.

We just put Web Nanny from the market on all 4 of our tabs. I really like it so far
