Looking for an APPS to duplicate APPS + SCREEN SHORTCUTS between two tablets

I have two exactly same 7 inches Android 2.2 tablets
Spent long time to install APPS and create shortcuts on 3 full screens.
Would like to copy all APPS + SCREEN SHORTCUTS to second tablet in a quick way
The second tablet already has a fully working , rooted OS running

Any good backup /restore/move /etc... type APPS which can do such thing ?

Maybe I can copy manually screen shortcuts , where are they located ?
