looking for app to flash green light below front cam

Hi all, it’s a long shot I know. I’m lead to believe there is a light or led just below the front cam on the S7, so does anyone know of an app that would flash the led as a notification of missed calls, and/or new messages. If not, any app makers out there willing to try and make this ?
